Welcome to Element Cycle’s online platform. This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that govern your purchase and sale of our bikes and e-bikes. By placing an order, you’re entering a binding contract and agreeing to these Terms.
Geographical Coverage
Our primary shipping regions are urban areas within Canada and most L48 states in the United States. If you’re located in a remote area or outside these regions, please contact us before ordering.
Flat Rate Shipping
Element Cycle offers a consistent flat rate shipping fee for most urban regions within Canada. In the case if you are located out of the flat rate shipping region, please contact us for quote.
Estimated delivery times will be provided upon checkout.
Please be advised: Our shipping may not be a door-to-door delivery service. Once your purchase arrives at the city’s distribution center or designated storefront, you will need to arrange a pick-up. Estimated timelines are just estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, like customs checks or courier delays.

If a product you’ve purchased is not as described, contact our support team within 7 days of receipt for return or exchange options. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Ordering Process
An electronic order confirmation does not equate to Element Cycle’s acceptance of your order. We maintain the right to refuse or limit any orders, whether it’s due to stock issues, inaccuracies, or other concerns.
Payment Policies
All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We accept major credit cards, PayPal, etransfer and bank transfer. Full payment is required before shipping.
Return, Exchange, and Refund
A 14-day return window is available from the delivery date. Products should be resalable condition with no physical damage and less than 25 km ridden and in their original packaging. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, notify us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping for such cases. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Warranty Coverage

Limitation of Liability
Element Cycle will not be held accountable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use, our products or services.
Applicable Law
This agreement operates under Canadian laws. Any disputes will be resolved in Canadian courts.
Updates to Terms
Element Cycle may modify these Terms periodically. Your continued use after modifications means you agree to the new Terms.
