Bike / eBike Assembly Instructions
Thank you for choosing Element Bike! We’re excited to have you join our community of Bike enthusiasts. This short instruction manual will guide you through the assembly process of your new (e)Bike. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable riding experience.

- Bike Frame (with pre-installed battery and motor)

Assembly Steps:
Step 1: Unpack the Bike Carefully remove all the components from the box and set them aside. Inspect the items for any damage or missing parts. If you find any issues, contact our customer support team immediately.
Step 2: Install the Front Wheel Locate the front wheel and remove the axle nuts and washers. Position the wheel in the front fork, making sure the disc brake rotor aligns with the caliper. Slide the axle through the fork and wheel, then secure it with the washers and nuts. Tighten using the wrench provided.
Step 3: Attach the Handlebar Remove the faceplate from the stem by loosening the faceplate bolts using the Allen wrench. Position the handlebar in the stem, making sure it is centered and the brake levers are at a comfortable angle. Replace the faceplate and tighten the bolts evenly, ensuring the handlebar is secure.
Step 4: Install the Seat and Seatpost. Loosen the seat clamp on the bike frame using the Allen wrench. Insert the seatpost to your desired height, ensuring it does not exceed the minimum insertion line. Tighten the seat clamp bolt securely.
Step 5: Install the Pedals Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Apply a small amount of grease to the pedal threads (not included). Attach the right pedal to the right crank arm by threading it clockwise, and the left pedal to the left crank arm by threading it counterclockwise. Tighten the pedals using the wrench provided.
Step 6: Check and Inflate the Tires Inspect the tires for any damage or irregularities. Inflate them to the recommended pressure indicated on the tire sidewall using a bike pump (not included).
Step 7: (Ebike only) Charge the Battery Before your first ride, charge the battery fully using the included charger. The charging port is located on the side of the battery, typically near the bottom bracket. Charging time will vary depending on the battery capacity.

- Always wear a helmet and follow local traffic laws when riding your eBike.
- Regularly check and maintain your eBike to ensure its safety and longevity.

Element Cycle is dedicated to providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all e-bikes and bikes purchased from Element Cycle, covering any defects in materials and workmanship of the bike. This warranty is a parts-only warranty and does not cover labor costs associated with repairing or replacing a defective component.
Warranty Coverage
The following components are covered under this warranty:
Frame: Any defects in the frame material and welding.
Motor: Any defects in the motor or its components.
Battery: Any defects in the battery, including capacity reduction due to normal aging.
Charger: Any defects in the charger or its components.
Controller: Any defects in the controller or its components.
Display Unit: Any defects in the display unit or its components.
Brakes: Any defects in the brakes or their components.
Suspension: Any defects in the suspension or its components.
Drivetrain: Any defects in the drivetrain or its components.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under this warranty:
Normal wear and tear of components such as tires, tubes, brake pads, and chains.
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification.
Improper assembly or maintenance.
Damage resulting from use of the e-bike or bike in commercial or rental applications.
Any modifications or upgrades not performed by Element Cycle.
Any damage or issues caused by the use of non-Element Cycle components or accessories.
Warranty Non-Transferable
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the e-bike or bike and is non-transferable to any other person or entity.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Contact Element Cycle by email or phone and provide us with a detailed description of the issue.
Provide us with proof of purchase and a serial number of the e-bike or bike.
If necessary, we will ask you to send us photos or videos of the issue.
Based on the information you provide, we will determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
If the issue is covered under warranty, we will provide you with a replacement component at no cost to you.
Note: Shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements are not covered under this warranty.

Return Policy
At Element Cycle, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is in resalable condition, with no physical damage and has been ridden for less than 25 km. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that meet these criteria.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and documentation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above conditions. If the product is in compliance, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, less restocking fee, and any shipping and handling fees.
Please note that our standard return policy does not apply to certain types of items, as outlined below. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible prices and product quality; however, due to the nature of these items, they are excluded from our return policy.
Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These products are sold at a discounted price and are considered a final purchase.
Clearance Items: Items offered at clearance prices are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items are sold at a significant discount and are considered a final purchase.
Bike Show and Event Purchases: Items purchased at bike shows, trade shows, or other events are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These products are often sold at special event pricing and are considered a final purchase.
Floor Models and Demo Bikes: Floor models and demo bikes are sold “as is” and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items have been used for display or demonstration purposes and may show signs of wear or use. Their discounted pricing reflects their condition and they are considered a final purchase.
By purchasing any of these excluded items, you acknowledge and agree that they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. Exchange Policy

Pricing Difference:
- If the new product is of a different value, the customer will either be credited for the difference or charged for the difference. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange.
No Refund:
- Please note that Element Cycle does not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available for product value in the form of store credit.
